● Act as the liaison between the owner and operator for all operational matters.
● Prepare reports and presentations for ownership meetings.
● Provide regular updates on business performance, market trends, and risks.
Strategic Planning & Market Positioning
● Advise on competitive positioning and branding strategy.
● Provide recommendations for the hotel’s market positioning, targeting the right customer segments, and adjusting rates based on competitor analysis.
● Identify potential investment/divestment opportunities.
● Assist in evaluating new business models, partnerships, or rebranding options.
● Work with the operator to adjust pricing strategies based on market conditions, competitor performance, and demand forecasts.
