Scope of Work - Asset Managment Hotel Operations
The Asset Manager will oversee the relationship between the Hotel Owner and the Hotel Operator, ensuring alignment with ownership objectives, financial performance, operational efficiency, and compliance with the management agreement. The asset manager will provide strategic guidance, monitor operator performance, and safeguard the owner’s interests while maintaining a productive relationship with the hotel operator.
